SHIPPING POLICY :

At MK Designs India, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery of our products. Here's how we manage shipping:

  1. Standard Products: We strive to dispatch all standard orders within 48 hours of receiving them, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.
  2. Custom Products: For custom items such as seats, painted parts, and body kits, production begins only after receiving your order. Standard custom products take approximately 1-3 weeks to prepare, while chrome vinyl products may take an additional 4-6 working days due to extra processing.
  3. Delivery Timeframes:
    • Domestic Delivery: Typically, orders are delivered within 4-5 business days from the shipping date. However, deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
    • International Delivery: We use trusted couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., for international orders. Delivery generally takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Return and Exchange Policy :

Returns

  1. Important: For any return or exchange claim, you must provide an unboxing video showing the item being unpacked, along with a video clearly displaying the issue. This is essential for us to process your claim. We do not offer refunds; instead, store credit will be issued for approved claims. Without this evidence, we cannot guarantee approval for store credit or exchanges.
  2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it and receive full credit for future purchases on our website. After 7 days, we are unable to offer store credit or exchanges, but our customer care team will assist in any way possible.
  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. Items with missing tags or components may be subject to an additional processing fee.
  4. Painted body parts will be color-matched as closely as possible to your motorcycle. However, due to varying manufacturing conditions, there may be slight differences. While we aim for a perfect match, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, though it will be a close approximation.
  5. The color of seat covers may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to different lighting conditions during photography. We use high-quality leatherette material for our seat covers, which may appear differently depending on the lighting.
  6. To complete your return, send us an email at mkdesignsindia@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund/Return."
  7. This returns policy does not apply to custom products, as they are made to order.

 

Store Credit Policy :

  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. All store credits will be issued post-evaluation of the returned product by our returns department.
  2. Please allow our team up to 5 business days from receiving the delivery at our facility to complete the evaluation.
  3. We will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected based on our inspection.
  4. If approved, store credit will be issued and applied to your account within 7 days. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
  5. If a returned item is found to have been used or disqualified for exchange/returns, delivery charges will apply for the reverse shipment back to the customer.
    Note: The applicable courier fees for reshipping will be communicated to the customer. Once payment is made, the return shipment will be dispatched.
  6. Products that arrive damaged or missing parts will not be accepted for exchange or return. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange the return shipment if they wish to repossess the item.


Shipping for Return/Exchange:

  1. If you reside in India, please keep the item packed and ready for reverse pickup. Shipping charges for exchanges to another product will be applicable and charged extra.
  2. If you're located outside India, the return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. Please use a reliable shipping service of your choice to send the item back to us. Ensure that you clearly label the package as a "Return" and request any necessary declaration values from us to prevent customs issues.

  3. Shipping for returns will be at your own cost, and it is essential that the product reaches us safely and in an undamaged condition to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Once dispatched, please email the physical courier tracking receipt to us at mkdesignsindia@gmail.com for our reference.
  5. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.


Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellations:
    • Custom Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order thoroughly before finalizing the purchase.



Export Sales:

  1. International Pricing & Freight:
    • Prices shown are in Indian Rupees. For international orders, the final price, including freight, will be visible on the checkout page once the complete shipping address is entered. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other charges.
  2. Fitment Considerations:
    • Our products are designed to fit closely with your bike. Certain accessories, such as tank consoles, ignition modules, or exhaust systems, may affect fitment. Please inform us of any installed accessories before purchasing to confirm compatibility.



Warranty:

  1. Fiberglass/Metal Frame Warranty:
    • Structural integrity of MK Designs fiberglass components and metal frames is warranted for life to the original owner.
    • Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year. Damage caused by external factors or misuse is not covered.
    • No cash or credit refunds are available. All warranty claims must include an MK Designs order number or purchase receipt.
